Ordered Fire Hunter 1/2 size too big on Black Friday. After contacting for exchange, was informed that only return and re-purchase was allowed. Re-ordered correct size and returned incorrect pair without any issues, and Haix respected same price point, even though one week later. Also, Betty in customer service is 10 out of 10. Boots are a huge improvement from may last pair. Definitely recommend 100%, both product and company. Very satisfied customer.

They slip on easily in the morning and my feet neither slide around inside them nor are they pinched. Both problems you often run into with a slip on boot. At the end of the day, my feet are comfortable and dry. These boots vent very well along with being completely waterproof (another feature it's sometimes hard to find in other boots). I anticipate continuing to wear Haix for many years to come.

GREAT BOOTS
I have had these boots now for about 4 years and they are still going strong. Great product that holds up to the demands placed on them. Need refurbish, love boots !!!
Need refurbish of approximately 2001 boot's that still have minimal tread & above heel interior split...if can please advise where to send & how much $ for job.
