HAIX Protector Series boots are available in the following models:
Protector Ultra, Protector Prime Orange and Protector Prime Black
When it comes to working with chainsaws, safety is paramount! They’re sharp and heavy which means you need to maintain enough stability on the ground to avoid accidents that could end up harming you and others. This is where the Vibram soles and steel toe cap comes in handy. The Vibram soles are slip-resistant and provide a strong grip to keep you stable even on the most uneven terrain. To complement the durable sole is the anatomically-formed steel toe cap which protects your foot and gives your toes plenty of space to move around.
There’s no telling what the weather will be like when you’re working outside which is why these boots are built with the HAIX Climate System and a GORE-TEX® inner liner to keep your boots well-insulated and protected from harsh elements. The HAIX Climate System helps keep the feet at a balanced temperature at all weather conditions so you don’t have to worry whether it’s hot or cold. It automatically circulates air inside so your feet are dry and comfortable. Add to that the 4-layer GORE-TEX® inner liner which makes the shoes waterproof and breathable. Now that’s an all-season boot you can rely on!
Another admirable feature of the Protector Series is the two-zone lacing system which addresses an issue most forestry workers deal with while on duty. Sometimes, shoelaces can spread out after a few hours of moving around. With HAIX, you do not need to worry as the two-zone lacing system allows you to tighten the fit of your boots at certain spots so it fits snugly. Adjust the boot to your liking and keep it snug even after hours of tension.
The Protector Series is also available in two different colors that offer you different levels of visibility. When working with a chainsaw, you want to know where your feet are at all times in relation to the chainsaw. Protector Prime Orange and the NEW Protector Ultra offer the highest level of visibility for you and others. For you die hard traditionalists, you may prefer the classic color of Protector Prime Black. HAIX did add a touch of orange to the sole of the Protector Prime Black so you can still have that pop of color for visibility while working on the job. Whichever you choose, one thing is certain, you have at your feet the perfect pair of forestry boots that has you covered from cut protection to stability, from comfort to visibility. No other boots can compare to the Protector Series boots!
